Historic Calvary Baptist Church – Church St. Spartanburg SC
Over the years Davis has performed many up-fits for this location including a 40 Ton Split System for the sanctuary and converting the educational wing from a boiler to heat pumps including:
  • Fabrication and Design Build to meet codes and comfort concerns
  • Gym conditioned
  • High efficiency furnace installed in the kitchen and locker room areas

Milestones Church - Spartanburg SC
Milestones Church took over an old industrial building that was converted to be a large worship center on the I-85 Corridor.  They also purchased the building beside this location and both have undergone many changes in converting the HVAC to meet code and work for the new use.  We converted the second building from a boiler system to conventional split and high efficiency gas fired furnaces , providing them with an affordable option to replacing the boiler, piping, coils, and valves.  This conversion allowed them to operate more efficiently.
South Carolina Department of Transportation Maintenance & Construction Facility – Spartanburg SC 
Project was performed for General Contractor and consisted of:

The Lofts at Mills Mill – Mills Avenue Greenville SC
Historic 4 story mill in Greenville’s West End was renovated and saved to be one of Greenville’s most desirable addresses.  The open loft has a combination of exposed and concealed ducting with wall hung air handlers in the utility rooms. The hall are conditioned by the use of Mini Split Ductless Systems.  This project demanded attention to detail and scheduling.  Davis Services was proud to be a part of this historic renovation.

A Design Build Project with Sanctuary, Classrooms, and Commercial Kitchen. 
West End Coffee – Greenville SC - Historic West End District
Design Build Multi Use Office/Retail
Lower Level is used by West End Coffee for Roasting & Retail Sales, Upper Level is used for Office Space and overlooks Flour Field. 
Project included traditional ducting in offices and a duct sock in the retail space.  An upscale building in the booming West End District. West End Roast Coffee is used by many upscale & prestigious restaurants & hotels including my favorite The Smokey Mountain.
Monsoon Noodle House in Historic Downtown Spartanburg Morgan Square District
Design Build Project that required structural engineering and design to allow units to be placed on the old structure.
The owner requested a Duct Sock to be designed as a large red noodle, so the dining area has a large red duct sock with sweeping curves to add to the décor and theme of the restaurant.
