It’s a standard we use to ensure professional competence and personal integrity in each Davis Services employee.  It means on top of demonstrating professional training, experience, and certification.  Davis Services applicants are screened via drug testing and criminal background checks.  Random drug testing is an added incentive to stay on the straight and narrow.  Those who achieve employment with Davis Services get ongoing training to keep there skills current and meeting today’s standards.  It is a very tough policy, virtually unprecedented in our industry.  Even with the added cost, we believe customer service starts with assurance.  That’s why we work so hard to establish Workforce Trust. Without professional competence and personal integrity, working for us is out of the question.
